Now in its’ 88th year, the Royal Winter Fair hit town this weekend. One of the highlights of this annual event is the The Ontario Toyota Dealers Royal Rodeo which brought some of the top Cowboys and Cowgirls to the City. While Toronto has mastered various looks and styles, Cowboy Couture has always been a tad elusive.
