Mostly Canadian Unique Gifts (and other crafty Christmas fairs around town)

Holiday Sales/Craft Fairs/One of a Kind Shopping in Toronto 2010

There are soooo many holiday crafty Christmas pop-up fairs around town in the next few weeks – perfect for buying gifts! I can’t list them all – but here are a few to get you started:

One of a Kind Show & Sale | Nov 25-Dec 5 | Direct Energy Centre, 100 Princes’ Blvd

crafternoon tea (6th edition)
Saturday November 27th (11am – 5pm)
Queen Street East Presyterian Church, 947 Queen St. East

Crafternoon Tea is a fab crafty/fashion market, how-to den & charity tea party all rolled into one! This laidback event showcases 25+ local indie makers, plus a hands-on DIY (do-it-yourself) zone and a yummy charity tea area – plus a stellar raffle too.

Most buys under $50! Handcrafted goodies, including creatively recycled gifts, one-of-a-kind wearables and accessories, affordable fine art, natural soaps, unusual knits, limited edition greeting cards, soft toys, gourmet eats, baby merch, quirky-sweet holiday decorations and lots more cool stuff.

Proceeds from tea service and bake sale will benefit two neighbourhood non-profit agencies: the Woodgreen Community Centre and the Red Door (women’s) Shelter.
